Attracted by the discount on the marketplace, I decided to purchase it (V. 3.10.24). I must say that both the model and the textures are noticeably improved compared to what we were used to before; in fact, even those of the F-5 were already well done. However, I encountered several issues, at least in VR, as I havenât tested it yet in standard visual mode.
The HSI doesnât seem to work properly: when selecting the GPS or TACAN option, it doesnât indicate the radial. Moreover, I couldnât find the manual (assuming there is one), which makes things even more complicated. For instance, thereâs no copilot position, and I havenât been able to make it appear. There might be a dedicated command for it, but without a manual, itâs impossible to know.
Not to mention the autopilot. As soon as I activated it, the aircraft started rolling uncontrollably. Additionally, I couldnât turn off the altitude hold and heading hold functions. Once they were switched to ON, there was no way to set them back to OFF, even after I had turned off the autopilot entirely.
Ref the co pilotâŠthere are some buttons on the top of the fairing in front of you (I think they look like oblong warning lights IIRC) ⊠using those you can switch various features on and off.

What does âradialâ mean with GPS? A VOR (NAV setting and Nav gauge) would have a radial.
I seem to remember there being âissuesâ with TACAN; I believe youâre only going to get proper reading using TACAN with a TACAN station. TACAN works on 1350 (same as DME, except TACAN can produce a bearing as well as distance), while VOR is 1020 Hz. So I donât think TACAN will work with a VOR station. So thatâs actually working as designed. Maybe it might work with a VOR/DME pair station, but I donât think a DME sends the correct pulses to give a bearing. I might be wrong. Maybe TACAN radios can read both VOR and TACAN signals? (I donât think so)

Apologies if I wasnât clear in describing the situation. [MSFS2020] What I meant to say is that, despite setting the correct TACAN channel (the image is just an example) and defining a GPS route to follow â an option selectable via the three buttons at the bottom (highlighted in red) â the course arrow (in green), the range indicator, and the course selector window (in red) always remain at 0. Additionally, both the HDG set knob and the CRS set knob appear to be non-functional.
Tacan channels such as 48X/73Y can be converted to VOR Mhz frequencies. Infact in the US VOR and TCN are often combined into a VORTAC beacon.
Ive included a conversion chart. Baring in mind not all beacons from real life are active in MSFS.
Also to the OP it is worth noting that in MSFS certain nav types over right other sources such as GPRS over writes TCN reception as most aircraft will only receive one source at a time.
If you are following a GPRS course you will most likely have to change to TCN manually when in range to receive the beacon signal

Idle RPM should be 52 to 60% (Variance)
Minimum Fuel flow 800 Lbs. per hour at 52% RPM
Maximum Fuel flow 1500 Lbs. per hour at 60% RPM
Hydraulic pressure 3000 PSI always.
Oil Pressure should be no less than 35 Lbs. pressure on ground Idle RPM
Oil pressure should be 40 to 50 PSI above idle on ground or Inflight.
Max EGT for 8 minutes is 677 Celsius (Acceleration)
Max EGT for 30 minutes is 650 Celsius including Acceleration
Max continuous EGT is 594 Celsius
Max RPM is 99 to 101% RPM (Military power)
Max fuel flow at Military power is 8500 Lbs. per hour per engine @ Sea level
The main fuselage fuel capacity is 9,000 Lbs.
The wing fuselage fuel capacity is 7,000 Lbs.
Each drop tank is 300 Gallons or 2,000 Lbs.

So, how do we get support or even any news for this? The only Discord link in this thread is invalid.
Unfortunately the Intruder doesnât work properly in FS2024. The canopy is missing permanently (probably a failed jettison animation) and I didnât bother trying anything else after that.

This is what Marketplace encryption does to the community. Had he sold this aircraft elsewhere it would get fixed by a dedicated slew of people who correct things like this.
Sadly, this aircraft was only sold on the Marketplace which is a good reason to not purchase there.
Encryption is ruining almost 4 decades of modding.
