I paid for both Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. I see that updates are available for both (see screenshot). Should I delete the “Deluxe” one? Could they be in conflict?

No. You need both.

Basically, they’re separated:
Deluxe is it’s own set.
Premium is it’s own set.
Deluxe Premium is a combination of both sets.
