I have buyed the Deluxe Premium Version of FS and got only the Premium Update pack to download. The Deluxe one is missing and so everything from the deluxe version is missing here on the XB Version of FS. What is going on here?!

Same problem here, premium deluxe ok but all deluxe content not accessible, strangely the content manager shows as the files are downloaded but just not selectable within options for flight
This update worked differently for me - could be because I’m running Windows 11 – but it first updated the standard version - once updated, I had to go to the content manager and that’s where I found the deluxe and premium updates as well as all of the world updates (another 23GB). Check in the content manager and see if the updates to your missing version are there. Hope this helps - I’m just guessing.
Yep same as for me. Purchased the premium deluxe version from Xbox store, but only installs the premium upgrade bundle so I’m missing planes and airports

Has anyone tried closing and restarting flight simulator, apparently a similar thing happened to PC users a while back and the cure seemed to be a hard reset
Yep tried that and still no joy. Signed out and back in and still says I need to purchase it
I’m wondering if it’s to do with an issue from the pc purchase. I purchased the premium upgrade for pc last year and now I’ve purchased the premium deluxe version it’s not recognised that I’ve got the premium deluxe version
Possibly but ive not purchased the pc edition so could just be native to xbox, hopefully its first day gremlins, i know the servers are under pretty heavy strain from the fact they released the new world update to every platform on the same day, hopefully it gets sorted in the coming days
I’ve also been having this issue, I didn’t even know it was possible to buy the premium part separate.
How would I know I have this problem, please? I should have the ‘Premium Deluxe’
I do have the 787 Dreamliner (and other PD planes), but airports (such as Heathrow) aren’t listed in the Content Manager.
A ‘Premium’ pack is listed however.

Same issue here. Preordered the premium deluxe on Xbox a few weeks back. Only premium installed, wants more funds for the premium deluxe and also doesn’t show in the game add one that I have the digital rights (since it’s a purchase).
I do have Xbox unlimited plan but buying outright should show as having game ownership.
Glad I’m not the only one with this issue.
The odd thing is having the additional planes but not the airports…
Are you sure to have the planes? I think you must have 36 planes to have all.
Ah, I have 31 planes. I thought the 787 Dreamliner was a PD one?

The dream liner is PD, the premium planes include the following
Diamond aircraft DA40 TDI
Diamond aircraft DV20
Textron aviation beechcraft baron G58
Textron aviation cessna 152 aerobat
Textron aviation cessna 172 skyhawk
MS have refunded me for the premium deluxe version. Once this issue is fixed then I will rebuy it as I want the extra planes and airports.
Faced same issue. Pre Oder premium deluxe version. In content manager only premium upgrade is available for free to download, but deluxe part is require add $ and planes from deluxe are also missing.

Great to hear. I’ve read some people refunding to re-purchase later. That sounds like a faff to me, so a resolution in reasonable time would be good.
