ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

ATC clears to takeoff when other planes are on the runway AND arriving to land

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Free flight

  2. Live weather

  3. Live traffic

  4. Parking 201 (not 51 as in the video)

  5. Departure rwy:35

  6. ATC sends you taxing

  7. Other aircraft is in the middle of rwy and another is landing. A clash of 3.
