I posted the following request for help some time ago with no response.
I really am desperate now, I paid £27 for Beam Eyetracker and it doesn’t work. I wrote: I have tried for three days to get Beam’s “eyeware beam” to appear in the ‘Open Track’ app. I have completely covered and completed all help from the ‘so called’ Beam instructions and help and also the Microsoft corrective actions. Nothing works.
Any help would save my sanity. The Beam application tracks my eyes brilliantly but will not connect to the Open Track software. I’m eighty now and am hoping for a solution before I kick the bucket! Thanks for any help.
I emailed Beam and got no response.

Are you sure you have set beamtracker gaming extensions on? see picture
If you dont see this menu, start beamtracker, make sure you calibrate and then click on the very small “beam” icon on the right on your bottom taskbar
Also set in Open track input on eyeware Beam and the output on MSFS
click on start to activate. there are some good video’s on youtube how to config opentrack.
Thanks wielxp
I have done all that before!?
BUT, I just uninstalled my latest version, installed an old version of opentrack and it worked immediately? There must be a bug in the version I had.
Thanks again for help.
