After each update, “Release Notes” are provided for that update, but they tend be very general, and have little detail.
This is fine, it gives everyone some idea of what has changed…
But if you want more specific details, I came across this today, that may be of interest to some, (especially developers)

No, you 100% missed the point –
Its the details of what files are changed that gives the additional information that may (does) interest developers>
ie
At the end of each “PATCH TITLE” link is a list of all the files that have changed in the update.
This is not provided in the simplified, Forum version.
