Brief description of the issue:
On the controls menu, Dev Mode inputs are visible under the “ALL” Option however on Xbox there is no option for Developer Mode.

- On Xbox, open up the Controls Options menu
- Choose a peripheral.
- Set the Filter switch to “ALL” and notice the Dev Mode inputs.
