Description of the issue: When taking a screenshot using developer mode, all of the scenery lights go out.

This issue occurs every time.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

I activate developers mode

Head to Tools → Screenshot → 4K No UI (Any option gives same results)

All scenery lights disappear.

Yes I use developer mode for the screenshots.
