Brief description of the issue:
Developers FPS Counter incorrectly calculating FPS below 10 FPS. NOTE: This is not about problems with poor performance. It is only about how the FPS counter calculates FPS. The attached photo shows 10 FPS based on 100 ms. I have no idea how the 100 ms was determined. But the GPU is taking 506.9 ms for frame creation which is about 2 FPS. Visually the screen appears to be updating twice a second. (Slideshows are faster!) Also, the FPS counter stayed at 10 FPS even though the frame rate visually on the monitor varied between 2 and 10 FPS.
The reason for the poor performance is because I was testing performance settings as much as possible. Resetting the setting ”fixed” my problem.

Capture current graphics settings in case reversion to previous settings is needed. Set graphics settings as high as possible by setting GLOBAL RENDERING QUALITY to ULTRA.

I’m not sure when the FPS calculations became incorrect. Seeing this error now doesn’t mean the error was introduced in the last update.
