We have this one several times in the last year.
Lately (no more than a week ago) there was a post by Sylvain (FlyingRacoon) saying that they are moving to another platform (discourse forum)

As the topic title states, https://devsupport.flightsimulator.com/ is down.
Down for me also.
They seem to have failed to pay the bill and been suspended on a near monthly basis. At least this is a slightly different issue.
It is a bit of a curious setup.
As noted by @Vincent1064 above, please check your email for password reset instructions. The DevSupport website has transitioned to Discourse (same software as the forum):
