When i land on a lake, i cant takeoff again. The plane is like fixed on the place. Even if i change via y to some other place on the really small lake, plane doesnt move. With full throttle. Is there like an anchor, i dont know?? Or is there in principle a problem with little lakes? Regards Jörg
Could you activate the display position in dev mode and provide the coordinates of the lake where you are having that issue ?, so that community can try to reproduce:
There is no such option.
Check that once you’ve landed on the water you have not deployed the Beaver landing gear, this will prevent the plane to accelerate.
Hi Folks,
so I tried the following: I started from Gibraltar and landed somewhere on water.
No Problem. Started from water again. No Problem. Landed on the lake on the opposite of Gibraltar (36.10474499011074, -5.460185017553603)
Problem that I can not move again is, when using Y to shift some where else on the water.
As soon as I hit Y again to start again the plane no more moves anywhere. Like it was anchored.
I have tried what you did, starting at Gibraltar and landing at the small lake you indicated but cannot reproduce when clicking Y.
After you click Y for the 1st to slew, which other keys are you using to move before going back to the water level and press Y again to leave the slew mode ?
Do you have you keyboard/mouse profile set to default ?
Yes, so far Keyboard on default. But I also could not reproduce it. It happens randomly, so it seems. So for me, i first will have A Closer look to the Lvars. The Lvars which are showing up for the Beaver in SPAd Next, include an lvar called something with anchor.
So first I try to check if this could be an anchor Problem, which is accidently activated by a key input. So please see this post as „done“ till I have further tests done. Will take some time.
Yes, there in Spad Next, is also different other Lvars like Fueltank Selector, where you can choose front center or rear Tank. Or you choose it in the Virtual Cockpit by click direkt on the Fuel Selector.
But, i have no Clue for now, if its an anchor thing. And if this would help.
Regards
Meanwhile I have another problem. See my post with Lvars.
