The DESIGN_SPEED_MIN_ROTATION value obtained through simconnect for this aircraft is rather impossible.

Run the simvar tool and look at the value for DESIGN_SPEED_MIN_ROTATION

DESIGN_CRUISE_ALT: 15000

All of those make sense except for the minimum rotation speed, which is physically impossible.
