External lights are not working.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1. Turn on navigation lights or any other lights.
2. Move to external view - no lights visible even at night

The ACL (flashing strobe) actually is working, but not the other two (NAV and landing).

I checked v1.2.7.0 at night and light bulb is too dimm on DV20. We can see light effect on the ground but light point is nearly invisible.
