ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The radio is not functioning. It is not possible to change frequencies, and the comms panel displays the following message:
“The electrical system must be turned on to use the radio.”

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Scenario 1:
- Attempt to change the radio frequency using the radio controls in the virtual cockpit.
- Frequency changes and toggling the active frequency do not work.
Scenario 2:
- Open the frequency panel from the menu.
- No actions can be performed, and the message “The electrical system must be turned on to use the radio” is displayed.
