Digital Designs EGGP - resorted to default buildings and detail

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: EGGP now contains basic default buildings & scenery (marketplace purchase)

Coordinate or location of issue: EGGP Liverpool, UK

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

All the time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Disabled community folder, no change

  2. Deleted all cache folders including rolling cache, no change

  3. Uninstalled EGGP, reinstalled and checked for other versions.

  4. Tried Asobo version and this works fine

  5. Had the DD EGGP installed for a few years and used to fly from there regularly. Only recently stopped working.

  6. Also tried copying airport folder to Community folder to see if it would fix it

  7. Other add on airports are working fine

Your topic has been moved from the Bug Reporting Hub to the User Support Hub as the issue you are describing involves a 3rd party product, and not the base simulator itself.

Hi Neil. I myself have just bought this airport and having the same problems. I’ve noticed in Dev mode under packages that the Airport has some red text that looks like something is wrong, here’s a screen shoot. all the best Ian.

some good news EGGP is working. I’ve just recently received an E-mail from digital designs and they have sorted the problem out. apparently the problem was on the Microsoft server side. All the best
