the question is if the SU5 Update is thee Directx12 update, or if the dx12 update will be something separately later. I wish for the first.

I don’t think they will keep 2 seperate branches. It’s around SU5 so they will probably merge it.

I think we will only have a landing challenge or challenges, but that should be entertaining enough.

What’s the point of having a shooting feature? This isn’t DCS, they more than likely wont add PvE or PvP.

I remember there was even a discussion to create another forum for Xbox users, but it was rejected by the admins.
I think the forum will get a bit messy with Xbox users coming here and maybe complaining about bugs that might only exist in the Xbox version. I believe that at least rules or a tagging system in which the author must specify their version before complaining about any bugs or problems will be necessary.
