Just leave the update process, delete the mentioned file and restart again.
So far so good. The onle thing that I have noticed is that the rate of climb of the A320 is to high and the VFR MAP takes longer to load and when you close and open again it doesnāt stay on the zoom setting that you had before. By the way when you hear the ATC you also hear some strange words like Microsoft and othersā¦

The weather radar is now workingā¦
but every time I quit the cockpit and go back to the cockpit again, the weather radar disappear. I had to change the ND mode from MAP to PLAN back to MAP again in order to make the weather radar reappear, or turn OFF and ON the WX button.
You need a better Noise Cancelling headset !!!

Anyone experiencing bad performance after the update?
Donāt know what happened, but took of at EDDH with the new dev version of flybywire and on ground it was a slide showā¦

My first impressions after flying the basic A320neo from Newark to JFK to Boston last night. Had a good framerate with a lot of traffic around Gotham. It was a bit windy, with live weather. Not sure how it actually was yesterday. Some things I likedā¦ when I shutdown the engines at gate, it didnāt end the session, only when I shut off the battery. ATC seemed to fix some erroneous flight level changes at approach, you know when you are FL030 and it tells you to go to FL120 and then back down to 3. However I did see one new bug, when I switched to ground and received instructions to gate, I couldnāt acknowledge them, I only had the option to āSay Again?ā and after several attempts to say again, ATC canceled my IFR even though I had already landedā¦ Just had to taxi around until I found a gate with all the services that looked like they were waiting for me. Another thing I donāt understand is how to turn on the WX radar? The switch is on Sys 1 by default, what do I need to do to activate it? (XSX)
Pretty horrible process on Series X, getting lockups at the start of updating UK, Outskerries to be exact. Has anyone actually completed the Xbox update?
On PC for me the update was very very straightforward. I count myself lucky as I rarely (if ever) see the issues plaguing some people.
Fast download speeds and no problems or crashes with surprisingly small updates too given what some people have been reporting, although I wasnāt in the beta. I always follow the same routine and it seems fairly bulletproof.
ps I love (what I assume is) the new music that plays when you first load into the cockpit! Havenāt heard that before.
pps Also seeing the sim use way more system RAM than it has for a long long time. Currently using 28 (!) of my 32GB. I guess thatās a good thing!

Updating was completely painless on PC, took less than 10mins for the Store update, in-game update and marketplace updates. Only found one minor issue so far, I have rebound my custom camera keys to the numpad to make it easier to switch. They seem to skip back to the previous view, which didnt happen prior to this update, they seem to skip and I have to press it a few times. If I use the original keybinds of Alt+1, Alt+2, etc there is no issue.

i get update but works really bad, CTD everytime, everywhere and its truly frustating, the SU VII was the best so far, this update its horrible, nothing get changed everithing its the same but now are 100% more unestable

well, my observations for this updated part:
First I wanna say, that I had a winderfull running sim with my hardware.Optimal settings in nvidia control panel and in the settings of the sim (most of them on ultra without problems and without stuttering!). My system AMD Ryzen 3800XT, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR 4 3200 Mhz, Asus Rog strix 570-e and two M2 frome corsair.
Right now I have some questions that I donĀ“t really understand. For that some pics with informations of the dev mode. For my sytem it was the best to fly with vsync on and limited to 30 frames (settings not via nvidia control panel)ā¦ It was without stuttering and very smooth, as well in huge cities like KLAXā¦
ok now my series of observations with and without undocked MCDU screen due to my used hardware with the FBW bus:
1.) 1.23.x full screen vs 30 wo undocked MCDU
2.) 1.23.x full screen vs 30 undocked MCDU
3.) 1.23.x full screen vs 60 wo undocked MCDU
4.) 1.23.x full screen vs 60 undocked MCDU
I didnĀ“t post the same in windiowed mode cause no really difference to full screen. My results:
1.) FPS drop with locked 60 fps and vsync on inclusive stuttering party when MCDU undocked!!
2.) FPS ok with locked 30 fps and vsync onā¦ very less stuttering, good performance of main thread but with undocked MCDU I got this red stripes that I havenĀ“t before! But I have to say quite smooth.
Now the thing I donĀ“t understand !!! I ever had a green GPU performance with very low values when flying with undocked MCDU in full screen mode with vsync on and locked 30 fps. Without undocked MCDU high values, round about 25 ms.
Right now I only good a green performance with 60 fps locked ?!?!?
Any suggestions ?
EDIT: OK, it seems to be the vsync that āimpactsā the GPU . With vsync off it looks good.Inclusive undocked MCDU !!! But I donĀ“t wanna fly with vsync of, cause it is ugly to move with my headtracker and the video card is running all the time 100 % !! thatĀ“s not needed ā¦ cause it will be hot as well. With vsync on 30 fps I had round about 64 degrees celsius with vsync off it is going up to 74 degrees celsius.

I have the same issue of bad performanceā¦ I wonder if it is related to A32NX. Will try with other planes later, but the impact is quite huge especially on ground now
I have completed the downloads after many freezes and restarts on downloads for sim updates 4,5 & 6 but no CTD unlike others downloading from the content manager on Xbox Series X
I also had an issue with the Outskerries freezing so maybe the devs can have a lookā¦
