The white structure in our garden is a large tent that was put up in2019, so that kind of dates it a little.
As ever, way too many trees, and way too tall, but pretty impressive results all the same.
I just VPNed to a UK server and Iām back to 200 Mb/sec

Thanks to this update, this is the first time that I can honestly say that I like the procedurally generated areas more than the photogrammetry. The DEM update, addition of procedural object types, and the clarity of detail in the AI generated stuff are just cool AF. What a massive update for an already amazing sim. This is incredible!
Given my home city isnāt covered by the photogrammetry Iām very pleased to hear this 
I get an eye popping 15FPS flying over London with my RTX 3080.
Checked a few things:
- 3rd Party no longer CTD - checked on Paderborn
- Clouds are a bit better than before

Disabled IPv6 and that had no affect on it, but when I re-enabled it it immediately jumped up to 100Mbps. I suspect maybe we were on an āolderā now maxed-out server/channel/whatever, and that just closing everything down and forcing it to re-negotiate a new connection/server/whatever is more likely to be the explanation rather than VPN or anything else being magical in some way.
Iāve got past it too now and for some reason i am now up to around 30Mb, although on a 350Mb line, thatās not too much to write home about.
Now thereās an idea, asking MS to write it down and put it in an envelope might actually be faster. 
Quick first impressions of the UK update: Much better! Procedural buildings are more accurate and the āfeelā of the towns is better. Trees are still not great though (though maybe more rounder ones). I do see some office blocks in the countryside still, but far fewer. London is great, though the manually crafted landmarks stand out due to their colour differences. Satisfied so far!
Does this have the photogrammetry cities that were promised?
Ouch! I am doing 28 with a RTX 2080. I was thinking of upgrading to a 3080. What CPU and RAM are you running? Mine is a Ryzen 9 3950X, 64GB RAM. My expectation was a 3080 would get me smooth Ultra so you have just given me pause for thought.
Iām done. Just needed a few seconds at that 20Mb/sec, and BOOM.

Oh for Peteās sake, theyāve demolished the Thames Barrier! Not a sign of it. A big water elevation issue about 1km south. How could this happen?
My download speed was very slow, so I paused it, closed FS2020, and restarted in ārun as administratorā (which I always do when running the sim) and Im getting full download speed now.
Goodison Park listed, but, not Anfield, thats the way to start a war up here
so it takes a photogrametry london with countless multiplayers to finally bring my hardware to itās knees 
Not to blame the Sim for this, though.
So far I am happy with this update. Did not run into any new bugs yet, and thatās already a huge improvement.
