ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: I set a key bind the exact same as I had on msfs2020 to “display ATC window”. In 2020 one click of X binded key displays the ATC window, and pressing X key again then closes it. The exact same binding in 2024 opens the window, but does not close it, meaning you have to manually navigate to close it using the mouse.
