Distibution of Saguaro Cactus

Could someome point me in the right direction. I would like to distribute the Saguaro Cactus to be more indicitive of their true nature. They only live within a couple of hundred square miles of Phoenix Az… We have them in the sim in Sierra Vista AZ

but they need to be in this general location

is there a way to do this?
