I use an arduino Leonardo but for the moment nothing is connected to it I’m just doing the compilation tests, I’m waiting to receive the bts7960 will it come from there? and in force test the controller is well recognized, but fedit does nothing when I try to launch it. I will send a video on discord to show you what I do.
We have discussed this in the Discord but for all others here the result of the case:
Normally the values of the Potentiometers will read by the Arduino and normally the value can be between 0-5Volts, but my Yoke will not use the fully range from 0-5, it uses a small range of it
It can be 1.0 - 2.3 or 2.2-3.5 or something else and normally you have to set the code into the debug mode, read out the values, write it into the code and upload the code again to the Arduino.
To make it easier i have insert a setup calibration routine. It automatically starts on startup and can be also activated by the button and the LED inticated this mode by blinking.
You have to move the yoke one time in every direction into the end switches. The End Switches indicates the arduino the end position in every direction.
I’m working on a new version (see announcements) with more led’s and more Potentiometers for Adjustments and better indication of the calibration mode,
