DLSS and frame Generation on Triple Screen setup

Having looked in the forums and through testing on my triple screen setup, it is clear that Frame Generation is only on the centre screen. My question is. Does DLSS also only work on the centre screen?

Is this able to be fixed or will it be a 2024 fix?

Or are there any workarounds mods etc.

Has anyone stuck with Frame Gen switched on in their triple screen setup?

This bugs me also, as it never seems to get addressed, there have been a good few posts about it here but I have never seen it added to the bug list. I think they just added the experimental multi-monitor setup and don’t bother with it anymore. I don’t think DLSS is working on any screen other than the main one and frame generation only works on the main screen.

I get that most people play on a single screen but for us who use triples it is frustrating how it has just been ignored.

DLSS and FG both only work on the main display in a multi monitor setup. There are many topics about this if you search.

Is the reason for this on nvidias end or asobos? I have seen the threads but not an answer as to why that is the case?

Not too sure to be honest, be a good question for the next DEV Q&A.

Yea, how do we submit that as a question for them?

They use to gather questions ahead of time, but you can also ask it live during the Q&A.

Maybe google to see if any other games/sims support frame gen on multi monitor? That would probably give you an answer.

I don’t have multi monitor and don’t play any other games so have no idea on where the limitation is.

Funny enough it seems msfs is the only game that supports frame gen and has multiple monitor option. Believe me, I have searched a lot. Feel like I am taking crazy pills because I cant believe it has been over looked by either asobo or nvidia.

Surprised none of the car sims have it.

It bums me out too. Here’s an interesting finding for me: if you mouse click on one of the other screens (I just have two total) the strobing/flickering I get with some lighting looking out very close to the plane on tarmac goes completely away. Of course the frame rate drops but if you’re at an FG rate of say 70 and it drops to 45 or 50 it will still look decent animation quality wise. I hope it’s addressed some day it takes a lot away from NV Frame Generation IMO.
