When selecting DLSS for Frame generation I only get 30 FPS, which is the frame rate limit set. However, FSR 3 gives me 60 FPS. The clarity and sharpness of the instruments is excellent in either. DLSS frame gen should work with my 4070S GPU
How do I get 60 FPS using DLSS Frame Generation?
I changed the frame rate from 30 to 60 in the Nvidia App and now getting 60 FPS in the simulator with DLSS Frame Generation.
My FPS is now 100-120 while flying. Maintained 90 FPS on approach and landing at Portland KPDX. The ATC window really lowers my FPS and CPU load.
I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and I get similar performance. But fans are defining.
The ghosting in the speed and altimeter tapes is ridiculous with DLSS frame gen.
If you are using nvidia framegen then you have to have HAGS ON in windows, do you have this set?
Frame Gen and DLSS working fine on my end. I have using the latest drivers (4080). Maybe delete shaders and Flight Sim Cache.
On my first test load in yesterday, I seemed to experience the same (4070 Ti Super, latest Nvidia driver). I went into Settings, disabled frame-gen and then re-enabled it, and after that it was working properly again.
DrVenkman3876, are you referring to settings in the sim? Or in Nvidia app or control panel? Mine seems to be working now, at least intermittently, possibly because I changed in sim settings to FSR3 and then returned it to DLSS frame gen. I also changed FPS limit in Nvidia app from 30 to 60. I have a 60 Hz 4K monitor.

Sim. I rarely mess with the Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia App settings.
How do you delete cache and shaders please?
Use Disk clean up theres option to delete Direct X shaders
