When I look for the content folder, similar to other people I don’t have access.

When installing MSFS from microsoft store and without any personal changes “nvngx_dlss.dll” is in C:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Content.
There is no restriction to copy nvngx_dlss.dll to that path.
