I have a Logitech extreme 3D joystick which works fine. The thing is I’m a armchair laptop simmer and I really hate having a wire connected to it all the time. I tried using a wireless Xbox game controller but as I’m not a gamer, I just can’t get the hang of it. What I’d really like is a Bluetooth or wireless joystick. Do any exist?
Nope.
And other than the convenience of no wires, why would you want it? It’s gonna take a gobsmack amount of batteries and could be interfered with by your wifi network, microwaves, cell signal… especially in flight sims you don’t want any inherent latency that’s created by wireless technology

I think the turtlebeach joystick they just put out specifically for console users is even wired.
yknow i bet with a little engineering magic you could turn a wired joystick wireless. I’m not really making it as a suggestion, just really pondering the feasibility. Comes back to “Just because you can doesn’t mean you should” though
Yes, I’ve got a Saitek Cyborg EVO wireless joystick stored away. I’ve not used it for years but it worked okay. And the battery life was fine.
