See the video link. Latest stable release of FBW mod. It happens every 10 seconds or so throughout the entire flight. Unable to climb to cruising altitude as a result. Started happening at about FL260.

Flying below FL245 only works if it is a short flight. Aircraft can’t carry enough fuel to complete longer flights at that flight level.
Yeah thankfully this was a shorter flight. I’ll try turning off the live weather. Everyone/everything in the link posted above seems to point to that.
Yes, I’m aware. The alternatives are:
- stalling and falling out of the sky
- turn off live weather.
- don’t use MSFS until coldfix is issued.
