Does BLOOM effect light ?
And then I mean, if you turn off BLOOM, will that effect brightness or glare of lights in cities and airports ?
I don’t think so. Its a pretty subtle effect. Bloom is a kind of slight soft focus look to help ‘soften’ the image. Personally I prefer it off. I think think most people do.
Don’t turn it off it makes lights look horrible…try looking at the sun with it on and off.
