Does Texture Resolution Affect Ground Texture Quality?

I know TLOD impact ground texture quality but does texture resolution too?
I can’t seem to find an answer and I can’t tell if my ground texture quality has decreased as I have to restart sim for changes.

I don’t think so, I believe it’s only for planes and objects like buildings, vehicles etc.

Making screenshots is the best way to judge this kind of stuff but you need to keep everything else the same e.g. lighting conditions etc. However I agree with Squibby, it’s LOD and resolution that makes the most difference to PG ground textures.
