Yes, similar encounters in various airports. Also disturbing are double drawn runways, e.g. in Siem Reap VDSR (MSFSBuilders).

Sorry, it is made by MSFScenerybuilders… No response from the support contact on this airport after several requests.. I guess it is either a placing issue, and/or removal of existing MSFS runway, but this seems to me an issue of every airport designer…
