Double headed arrow hides clickspots

Hello!
This happens on different aircraft (PMDG, Fenix,…)
The mousepointer changes into a double headed arrow (it looks like the windows mouse pointer when you change the size of a window) and hides the clickspot behind it. When I change the view a little bit most of the time it works again. The arrow does not only appear over clickspots, it also appears randomly over Virtual cockpit parts without clickspot.

So far I checked mouse drivers, tried another mouse and checked some settings in MSFS but with no success.

Is this a known thing?

Just today I found out that this might be caused by GSX. Do you use it?

Ok, so seems like the culprit for double arrow clickspot is GSX toolbar
