ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Using Draco X for cargo and flightseeing missions, all soft field or bush airports are excluded. The aircraft is only available for missions departing and arriving at airports with hard surfaces.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time, all over the world.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Filter missions by aircraft (Patey Aviation Draco X) - mine only shows cargo light missions despite owning a Draco X for flight seeing.

Look at departing and arriving airport runways. Note all are hard surfaces.

Bonus steps: Start a flight seeing or cargo mission at a soft-field airport. Buy a Draco-X and have it delivered to the airport. Discover it can’t be used for the mission. Going back to verify this and now only seeing piston aircraft available for purchase.
