I know that there are Community File Folder management apps available, but can I do this: Move all of my Community Folder contents to a folder on another drive, leaving the “real Community Folder” empty, and then simply drag, let’s say 1 aircraft and 1 airport scenery file into the original Community Folder and then fly, just in that area with that aircraft at that airport? Then, when finished, just drag the files back into the storage drive leaving the Community Folder empty again? Thanks for any assistance and/or advice!
Yes you can manually move things in and out as you wish.

Faster to right-click drag and copy so you don’t have to copy it back.
what I do is hold all aircraft and scenery on D drive, then copy what I want into the Community folder for flying. After, just delete the files from Community…
I think I’ve seen somewhere that making “shortcuts” to your mod folder inside the community folder also works. So you can keep your mod folder somewhere else, then just manage the one inside the community folder using shortcuts. If the shortcut is there, the mod is active, if the shortcut is removed, then the mod is inactive.
