Brief description of the issue:

I´m using a dual Monitor system. One screen for MSFS the other one for e.g. Simbrief, Navigraph etc. When using the mouse outside MSFS (second screen) i can go back to the MSFS monitor but with no use of it in the simulator. Keyboard and Controller is also without any use. MSFS has to be stopped via the taskmanger started from the second screen. Any idea?

This might be due to the fact that MSFS run’s in full screen mode.

With ALT + Enter you will make MSFS go out of fullscreen mode
try to go out of fullscreen mode before you go to other screen.

P.S. Alt + enter again to set it back to full screen mode

I use three screens and never have any problem except when I forget to click the mouse left button when cursor is in MSFS screen. This activates the screen again.
EDIT And the keyboard.

7 screens as well and no issues.

Are you just bringing the cursor back to the sim window? Or are you clicking on it to re-activate?

Are you running full or windowed mode?

When you return your mouse arrow to the SIM Monitor, you must left click once, someplace on that monitor.
I usually just left click on the windshield and all is good.

Thanks for your hints. Actually MSFS runs in full screen. Using the second screen and going back to the MSFS screen clicking on the left mouse button is my default procedure. The mentioned behavior occur mainly when using the FBW A20 and since a few days the salty mod. I noticed when opening the windows taskmanager fligtsimulator.exe shown up as no response (keine Rückmeldung).
I will give the „running in windows mode“ a try next time.
By the way MSFS screen is 4K and the second 1600*1200. GPU is 3060TI CPU i7 9700@4.9.
