Duke Turbine and TBM850 CTD on Xbox

Recently installed the BS Duke Turbine into FS2020 on Xbox Series X. In order to become familiar with the aircraft I conducted a short flight from KBWI to KIAD. The Duke was left in its default instrument configuration with the GTN750 installed. After about 10 mins, the simulator crashes. If I exchange the 750 with the other instrument options the flight is trouble free. I ran the flight several times without issues but as soon as I reinstall the 750 the CTD returns.
Perhaps foolishly, I went ahead and installed the TBM850 but got exactly the same result - CTD after about 10 mins. Replacing the GTN750 with another option makes the problem go away. Both aircraft were on AP in Nav mode at the time of the CTD’s
The Just Flight forum not proving too helpful at the moment. I did get one response from the developer who said I was the first person to report the problem. In fact I found at least one other person experiencing the same issue.
So, anyone else experiencing these issues on Xbox?

Hi, hey which Xbox? Series X or Series S?

Sorry - Series X

Ok, me too. Flew the Tubine Duke for about two hours yesterday and no issues with the PMS50 GTN750. Which GTN have you selected? (Could be we cannot select the other one anyway?)

Only flew the TBM 850 a few times a few weeks ago, again, no issues. Given your troubleshooting above, I’d guess this has nothing to do with the aircraft models. Maybe look towards other things in your Series X or MSFS 2020 set-up? You are flying in 2020, correct? If 24, that there is likely the problem.

Thanks for your thoughts. All other options for the Primary display result in perfectly flying. The only other option on Primary is the GTN750. Exactly same result on the TBM850. I’m envious that you’re having no problems!! Not exactly sure what other changes I could make with FS2020 or Xbox. I’ll try contacting Xbox support. Thanks again for your feedback.

I have seen some CTDs in XSX with the GTN 750 across all aircraft that use it- including the Lear 35 - which I fly a lot as an option. Not always, but the 750 itself seems to put a lot more burden on Xbox RAM so I prefer to use the stock 530/430 or RNAV options on the Blacksquare aircraft and rhe Lear as I figure the problem lies there rather than with the aircraft.

I’ve been starting to think along those lines too. I guess a call to Xbox support can’t do any harm.
Thank you so much for your input
