That make no sense, Xbox series doesn’t support work graph, only rtx 3000, rx 7000 and rtx 4000 supports it and its a fresh feature with certainly many bugs.
Implementing workgraph would be disastrous for sales and not many people can benefit from it for now and there are a lot more better optimisation Asobo can do that can benefit all like better directx 12 implementation, memory allocation, multi-threading, etc.
You just saw it was supposed to eliminate CPU bottleneck but didn’t think further about hardware limitation and the fact that it’s like directx 12, it depends of the use case and by the implementation made by the devs. Bad implementation make it worse
You just repeated what he said though, and repeated the quote he picked to paste from the article. So I am 100% sure he is fully aware of the things you said he didn’t think about.
It HAS to be considered for the future of the sim. Technology moves forwards. Why would they NOT consider using new technology to get a performance increase?

You didn’t understand my point, You can’t implement workgraph in FS 2020 or 2024 because of Xbox series limitation, they doesn’t support it or you should just drop xbox series support and many graphic cards support.
Imagine buying the game that was made for your hardware and the next day with an update you can’t play anymore because some guys on an internet forum asked for using worgraph lmao. So I don’t understand why the guy I was responding to wants to put it in 2024, make no sense. So NO he wasn’t aware.
Worgraph shouldn’t be in 2024, it should be for fs 2028 at best and only if it’s not made for xbox series but rather their successor so we could even argue fs 2032.
For now implementing directstorage make much more sense, Xbox series support it and it will drastically lower loading time and cpu bottleneck to load assets.

Xbox does not support Frame Generation either, nor do older PC GPU’s “officially” but those are still options for those with PC’s with the appropriate hardware. There can be differences between the Xbox and PC builds of the sim, with optional features for each platform. So I still don’t see why exactly there is your strict limitation that it could not possibly be used.
Anyway yes, of course I do agree that they have other important areas they could definitely look at to improve optimisation as well. They should try to do it all as the sim needs all the help it can get! 
Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t see Asobo doing a specific fs 2024 dev branch for those with hardware compatible with Workgraph. It really depends on the benefit and more certainly on how easy it is to implement, if it’s like DLSS, they will certainly implement it but if it’s a pain in the ■■■, it won’t come to fs 2024
