I got to go to bed, I’ll try it tomorrow night. But they call it “temporary”, but sound like they say it works?

I have downloaded both the XCub (1.8.4) and G3X (Dev 6) and I am now getting frequent black screen episodes that last just a few seconds. 
I tried other aircraft (Savage Cub and Cessna 172 6 pack) and didn’t experience the issue there.
I tried removing the WT Dev 6 and replacing it with the Dev 5 folder but then the Garmin screen just stayed blank when battery master switched on.
Have DL the last version (dev6) but have back screens again 
Did you update the G1000 and G3000 also? Some have found it necessary to reinstall mods even if they didn’t change.
Never had to install them before is it necessary ? really ?
Hi mdapol, I don’t have the G1000 or 3000 at all. I am just about to go flying again - see what happens. However, I suspect that I may have hit the source f the problem, which may well be an internet connection issue. Just done a speed check and the speed is actually OK at 34Mbps but latency has shot up to 180ms so I’m guessing that anything of any size that isn’t in the cache could cause a break. I was trying flying out of Dublin with the intention of having a look at the Wicklow Mountains - first time in Ireland - so there won’t be any scenery cached at all
There is a known issue mentioned in the patch notes where the screens sometimes are blank. The workaround is to restart the flight. Some people have to restart the flight several times.
G3000 update is the only one currently working for me
I was getting an all black, always black screen flying the BLL XCUB with floats (v1.0 I think, I see there’s a 1.2 now?). The Dev 6 version fixed that entirely for me. I do have the latest, as of last night, G3000 recently updated and I believe I have the latest G1000 installed. I almost never fly a G3000 aircraft, but I just update them all when I do, why not. I also flew the Long EZ with the G3X touch mod after the Dev 6 update and that worked fine too as far as I could tell.
If you have the Dev6 and it’s not working well, perhaps try installing the latest G3000/G1000?

Updating g3000 vas the solution for me to retrieve my fonctionnal G3X ! Thanks a lot

Nice! Not an obvious solution, but one that seems to work!! Perhaps a note on the GX mod download mentioning it’s best pared with the G3000 mod would help this confusion.
Upgraded to Dev 6, but missing weather radar in King Air 350.
Option that normally turns it on/off also missing.
Reverted back to Dev 4 for now since i only use this mod for King Air.

I have a xCUB project (Axis and Ohs + Behringer X-touch Mini + Hotas Joystick/Throttle
I am nearly done, but AX3Touch makes me scratching my head. I have used DevMode in MSFS to have right variables. For MENU I found only as3x_touch_menu (don’t remember exaclty) variable, which worked fine. I would like to find also BACK, NRST and ROTARYS and actually variables for glass cockpit. Do you have a good tip where to find the right ones ?

Unfortunately a change made in today’s update seems to break a key part of our file loading for the G1000. This is causing a broken MFD, and it may affect other bits of the Garmins, too. I’ve sent a query off to our friends at Asobo for some more information/guidance and we’ll get things straight as soon as we can, if we can. But there won’t be a release for these tonight. We’ll keep you posted.
I can’t see my 3d view on the G3X and i have clearly activated it. Can see something small on the left and right top corner above the horizon…
G3X Dev 10 - CDI Source non-functional on stock VL-3, works correctly on stock XCub and stock King Air.
Working Title - Packages i think there newest version(don’t make my mistake don’t install g1000 if you install nxi from market place)
Dev 10 is the newest G3X version.
