Brief description of the issue:
Looks like there is a seam in the ground texture at Easter Island where two aerial photos met. You’ll also notice that the western side (left in this picture) also has many clouds, which is consistent with the aerial photo you see in Bing. (Second screenshot, below.)

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Spawn at the above coordinates or spawn at SCIP airport and use the drone camera to navigate to the middle of the island.
