Never seen it before. I’ve myself found an “inconnu” (unknown) place in the desert, and hopped to see a similar egg but nothing 
. This one is great, not sure if it has been already mentionned - yes, the “Error” red man has already be seen - , but not here.
If you look for this place, location is :

It must be added to the “World Photographer” mode

I’ve never seen them in person, but I know that there are circumstances that they will appear in, and around planes.

This one must be on purpose, to make fun of themselves and the launch issues where this error man appeared regularly it is refreshing to see, and since then they‘ve worked hard and deserve to have a little fun with themselves
