Not a separate bug report per issue but a report per airport\issue in the main thread if not already existing there: MSFS 2024 Airport / Helipad Issue Tracker
Then it is up to the devs (Asobo or 3rd party for some of the handcrafted airport) to analyse the root cause and fix it. This main thread concentrate all issues (instead of having many bug reports) and it is the one devs are reviewing. Hope it clarifies.
