Description of the issue: EFB displays fuel weight at 6 lbs per gallon for jets

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Load CJ4 in free flight to ramp
- Use EFB to add 100% fuel, note fuel weight and calculate weight per gallon
- Note fuel indicators on aircraft, compute total fuel weight and calculate weight per gallon, there will be approximately 10% more displayed in the aircraft than the EFB
