EFB do not save the map representations

Yes.

My preferred Map Settings in the EFB are Maps: “Satellite” and Orientation Mode: “Track Up”

I can set the Map view to show these, and upon exiting MSFS & restarting, the settings revert back to Maps: “Default” and Orientation Mode: “North Up”.

I’ve just started MSFS & checked, and the settings have reverted back again to the default (Last night they were set to my preferred settings):

I changed them back to my preferred settings:

Returned to the World home page & exited the game, then restarted it - the settings have reverted back:

I’m wondering (pure speculation) if this is in some way also related to this bug:

where my flights are being deleted every time I restart MSFS, as both are situations where user data is not being retained between MSFS restarts.
