Yeah it’s be there since day one of beta 2. No idea if it’s been fixed with the release of the su2 update. Never mind, the mouse works just as good
Still doesnt work in 1.4.20.0 Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024-2025_05_15-18-42-38.mp4
This has been a problem since 1.4.14.0 that went unaddressed, even with bug report. I dont have an extra mouse to spare.

this is ridiculous, literally since day 1 of SU 2 beta. but because an xbox topic doesnt get enough “votes” it gets ignored. the only reason this thing stays on my hard drive is because it is game pass.
Still not working for me either - I was on the SU2 Beta as I am sure a lot of you were too. There were a lot of conflicting reports of it working on Xbox during the Beta so I am glad to see I am not alone
Its because some were using mice and some were using controller.
Ahhh! I see - thank you
Same issue as during the su2 beta, now that it’s released I figured it would be fixed
I can open the efb perfectly fine with a controller, but nothing is clickable, Of course the mouse works, but I was hoping to interact with the efb with the controller, like we used to
(playing on PC with an xbox wireless controller)
wanted to clarify that the efb is interactable with the controller when it’s docked in the cockpit but not when it’s popped out, but that’s not a practical way of using it with the controller
Mod Edit Translate:
Efb does not work with the controller, you cannot click on any menu
Efb ne fonctionne pas à la manette on peut cliquer sur aucun menu
Hi, I’m an Xbox Cloud Gaming player. I used to be able to click the EFB. As of yesterday I can no longer click on the EFB. I wish I could downgrade on Cloud Gaming but I can’t. Please fix this bug.
I am not on the beta. I came here because suddenly after SU2 the EFB is unusable. I use an Xbox Ser. X and use both controller and mouse. Neither seem to work no matter how hard I press the buttons in the EFB. It is surprising to see that this was a known issue with this update and they still allowed it to come out and ruin the games of countless people who are not even part of the beta program.
In free flight, and Career mode. EFB is broken.
I’ve tried with a few different planes. Not going to waste my time trying them all. The developers should try their updates before sending them out, and making the game unusable.
One of many annoying glitches
If you’re using a mouse, it should work as expected. I was on the SU2 beta, and it was no problems using a mouse.
To your other points, I totally agree.
So is the efb still working with the mouse? I’m away at moment so can’t try it out.
I only tried the full version for a little bit, but I had no problem using a mouse.
That’s good to hear. Thought it might have been totally broken
just bumping this in hopes of some type of acknowledgement…how about if I add the fact I cant click on anything in marketplace on xbox, which means I cant participate in microtransactions…will anyone acknowledge it now?
Xbox, EFB can be opened but nothing happens when I click the buttons.
I use MSFS since day 1. never ever have I seen such a horrible product. It’s a complete disaster.
i used to spend lots of money on MSFS 2020 and since 6-7 month not a single penny. That is all proof you need to know you ruined the name of MSFS.
So another 3-4 month to SP3. Yo won’t See me until then and you won’t make a single penny from me until then.
How can one go home in the evening and say: hey darling work was good today Ifeel good.
I know it’s an angry rant but you guys deserve much more than just a rant. Almost 50 years of MSFS and you destroy it with this product.
See you maybe at SP3.
Angry rant over
