Did you try to logoff from your Xbox account and re-assign?
I went back to default and it works again.
Yet now other issues.
But considering the initial problem. Standard settings seem to work.

If you change your General controls preset to 2024 Gamepad Transversal that will solve the EFB cursor issue. You can then duplicate it and make one or more custom presets and the EFB cursor will continue to work, provided you don’t remove any necessary keybinds.

Yes, but only for controls related to cameras and menu interactions which, for most users, would mean minimal changes. This does not affect aircraft controls whatsoever.
