I am having the same problem with XOBX X MSFS 2024.
I created an on-line flight plan using FS Flight Planner.
I saved it.
Started MSFS 2024.
From EFB tab/LOAD FLIGHT PLAN, I saw the flight plan I created on-line.
I clicked “LOAD” button.
The button text was changed from LOAD to LOADING.
The button text continued staying “LOADING” and the options of “FILE PLAN WIHT ATC” or “SEND ROUTE TO AVIONICS” not available (the color of these buttons stayed gray.
I finally gave up and push “SEND ROUTE TO AVIONIC”.
Sometimes the flight plan shows the departure airport info but no destination airport info.

Me, too. when it does load it is only the origin and destination without waypoints.

same to me, can’t load flight plan from flightplanner in career mode

Similar problem, but I get the origin and destination airport to load from the EFB to the avionics, but NO WAYPOINTS show up in EFB, but the DO show up in the flight planner. Why are the WAYPOINTS not loading but the basic Flight plan TO and FROM shows up as a direct route. The flight planner ROUTE with all the WAYPOINTS does not show at all. Any see this and maybe have a fix?

I also use the online planner, save the plans. Now, in just the last few days, I ask the EFB to load a plan, and it just sits there saying “loading” and none of the saved plans ever show up. Is it searching in the cloud, or on my computer?. Very annoying as now I can’t send a plan to the avionics or ATC.

I often have had the “loading” but no plans, usually after two flights or so in free flight. The last two days however, using planner.flightsimulator.com, I am getting a “Could not save plan” error, so it won’t even let me save plans to load. Have been downloading the plans from simbrief and loading them from local which honestly might be easier anyways.

I am having the same hangup on Loading. Never finishes “Loading”. Can’t get a Simbreif or Navigraph charts plan to load either. I think those are being saved in the wrong place on my computer. Not sure what the right place is.

Often have to load twice

It’s getting close to the end of February and I continue to have the same problem as others here. EFB keeps LOADING
I have also tried to input waypoints manually to try the flight described in the Boeing 787-10 Tutorial Flight manual. The first waypoint, MOBLE, is not recognized. I get a message saying ‘facility not found’, even though the Flight Planner recognizes it.

Anyone find a resolution to this issue? Even after the release of SU1, I continue to have issues with flightplans properly populating the Garmins and FMC’s in all airplanes. Unbelievable that Asobo would not have noticed this! Pretty basic stuff and given that they seem to be proud of the new EFB and online flight planner, one would think that this was heavily tested. Curious to see what others’ experience has been recently. Thanks!

It is almost the end of March. This problem still occurs about 50% of the time.
Create a flight plan using the MS Flight Planner. Save it. Go over to MSFS EFB. Click on LOAD FLIGHT PLAN. Click on LOAD for the flight plan. It stays on LOADING
forever. I’ve been on the MSFS all day and have not yet being able to fly.

Ageed, the end of March and this still does not work. I have to reboot a few times to get it to work. I am on Xbox and I cannot not even type into the EFB of MSFS. Please fix these issues.

Mid April and still a problem; and today I was not able to create a flight plan on Garmin 530/430. It would let me do all the work of entering but when done, the loaded flight plan was completely different and not one I have ever created.

Problem still there

I am having a Poblem even worse then most of you here, at least the ones I read. I Create a flight plan using the MS Flight Planner. I Save it. I make sure it has been saved. I Go over to MSFS EFB. But there is just no button “LOAD FLIGHT PLAN” my problem obsviously does not connect to the flight planner . I make sure that the flight planner is connected to my Microsoft account and my Nick from my msfs 2024 game shows up in the planner. But nowhere in the EFB I can see to import the flight plan I just created. This can only be a bug I suspect ???

Can you please share a screenshot of the Route page of the Flight Planner app on your EFB?

If you’re trying to load a plan you saved on planner.flightsimulator.com you must choose LOAD FROM WEB.

Thank you sooooo much that did the trick , I appreciate your help
