Brief description of the issue:
Leaning of the engine in the default C-172 seems to be off. EGT should rise quite rapidly when you start leaning heavily. In the sim the EGT barely rises and extremely slow. Even when leaning aggressively. This applies to other piston engines as well, so it seems to be a sim issue.
Feature suggestion: Rough engine should be simulated when leaning too much. In real life I often lean the engine until it gets rough and then slightly enrich the mixture. This is currently not possible in the sim in a useful way.
