Summary:
When starting a flight at KJFK using the A320neo on Xbox Cloud, the aircraft’s electrical systems will not power up. The ND, EFB, and cockpit displays remain off, and no systems respond when attempting to start from cold and dark. Wheel chocks cannot be removed because the EFB does not power on, and there is no in-cockpit option to remove them. This issue does not occur at other airports — the aircraft starts normally elsewhere.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Select KJFK as the departure airport.
- Choose the A320neo and spawn cold & dark at a gate.
- Try to start the aircraft following the proper flow (battery on, APU start, etc.).
- Observe that no electric systems power on — displays remain black.
- EFB remains off, so wheel chocks cannot be removed.
- Repeat at a different airport (e.g., KLAX, KORD) — issue does not occur there.
Expected Result:
The aircraft should load into KJFK cold and dark with working electric systems and EFB, allowing the user to start the APU, configure systems, and remove chocks via the EFB or ground services menu.
Actual Result:
When starting at KJFK:
- Electric systems are unresponsive
- EFB does not turn on
- Wheel chocks are stuck with no way to remove them from the cockpit
- Aircraft cannot be powered or started
At other airports, the A320neo functions correctly.
