Brief description of the issue:
The Keyboard stops functioning if using an Elite 2 Xbox Controller and that controller goes into sleep mode.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Go into Control Options. Verify Keyboard is shown. Turn on Elite controller . Hold Xbox button and put controller to sleep, or let it fall asleep. Keyboard will disappear as connected device… Turn controller back on and keyboard returns.
