Elite Simulation Solutions sells a GNS 530 and GNS 430 that only has the buttons provided… I am really looking forward to someone to do some kind of plugin mod (even for purchasing) so that I can use these items within the simulator and not have to worry about mousing buttons!
I just had a look at their homepage. They offer a lot of well made equipment. Their flight console for multi-engine planes in particular. I don’t know how that would interface with MSFS though.
Maybe an external tool like SPAD, Axis and Ohs and/or FSUIPC.

I am in the same boat. It is a great device in VR but using Spad next is difficult. Has someone created a profile for it? I really don’t know how to get it connected to MSFS.
RealSim Kit option is also good but overkill as I really don’t need the display for the device, just the button to work!! Argh so frustrating.
