And I hope you realy disabled your OC. Also try to disable for Test-Cases the XMP mode - fancy 4333 RAM modes , as in your case , cause often issues. I also assume you read already the hints about pagefile size for users with 16GIG RAM only and you checked that your 1080ti is not completly overstressed. Crashes after a time x points usually to system issue, hardware, driver, sometime conflicting application, etc.
