Engine dies in mid flight "Activities" ALL of them I can not control airplane c172 msfs-2024

I have Googled this topic from top to bottom. I am unable to find a fix…I HATE crashing. If anyone has had this issue and a potential solution please share. I will be grateful.
I am using 2024, latest stable edition…I think 1.5.27 maybe.

Here is my hardware and by the way this happens every single time. I am not used to getting a “C” grade, Jess!!

RIG SETUP

Core i7 32 gb
Win 10 64bit
MSFS 2024 1.5.27.0
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060Ti 8 gb
One 500 gb SSD; one 1 Terabyte SSD (using this one for sim)
Latest Chrome Browser
No third party software, mods, nothing only this program
Logitech Yoke/Throttle, Thrustmaster Rudder- All OK
No bugs reported using Cessna 172P

Areas to look:
Fuel turned on, amount of fuel enough for flight, switching tanks in flight, set tanks to both or one side only or forgetting to switch)?
Something bound in error to throttle, mixture, master fuel on/off, magneto(s) on/of, main power, battery power.

In spite that the normal procedure is the mentioned by “ccrbc”, there is an option for filling the tank in flight, you can assign a key.

I have saved several activities in career with this trick because is faster and avoids a crash.
